Warranty and Returns Policy

Now that you have made the right decision to purchase one of scooters, at STARWHEELS Electronic your satisfaction is our priority. Our shipments are carefully inspected before they are shipped out to our beloved customers according to our strict quality guidelines. But, in the event you received any faulty and defect item, please contact us at info@starwheeselectronics.com.au so we can advise more.

Generally, the following applies: For manufacturing defects, after sales service and repair maintenance are included. We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase made within 30 days after you have received the item(s) excluding the delivery cost. The products you return must be in perfect condition – not worn, opened, used, or washed and in the original packaging.

A limited warranty of 12 months applies to all our products, this does not cover consumables like tires.
This warranty will not cover misuse of the product or water ingress.  Care should be taken to use your scooter according to its specifications. Any modifications performed by the user will automatically void any warranties.

We recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage as unfortunately we aren’t responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Products purchased during any sale period are non-returnable but are exchangeable. No cash refund on any defective item, we will do exchange item only.
